The Institute of Critical Thinking
is an affiliate of the
the National Philosophical Counseling
Association (formerly the American Society for Philosophy, Counseling,
and Psychotherapy)
and the
REBT Network. Its mission is to advance the
theory and practice of Logic-Based Therapy (LBT). Accordingly,
it conducts and sponsors workshops and training in this rational,
philosophical approach to living for practitioners in mental health,
teaching, nursing, management, and related fields. It also offers
consultation and "life coaching" sessions for individuals seeking to
address their problems of living, rationally and philosophically.
