This program, which is based on the theory of LBT, can help you to find and
correct your
irrational thinking. You type in your thoughts about an emotional or behavioral
problem you are
having and it helps you to find irrational ideas that might be perpetuating
needless emotional stress
and or leading to self-defeating actions.
You can download the Belief-Scan 4.1 setup program free of charge from this
download site. Simply scroll down the installation files until you find the setup.exe file. Select this file and follow the onscreen directions. If
the program has installed correctly you will be told that you have successfully
installed the program. The startup icon can then be found on you list of
programs that is accessed from the start button located in the lower left corner
of your monitor screen.
